Impact Youth Sports develops our youth track student athletes with their futures in mind.

Impact Youth Track Club is a Grass Roots/Youth Programs Mission Statement. IYTC drives competitive excellence and popular engagement in the sport of track and field.

Welcome to the Impact Youth Track Club (IYTC) program. We are excited about our 2nd Annual 2025 season and can’t wait to get started. 

Our youth track club is open to members of all communities with student athlete ages 6-15. 

No prior running experience is required, as we are a developmental program. We will have at least a combined 4-5 winter and spring meets (held from January to mid-May). Practices will start on January 6th, 2025. Registration for IYTC, AAU Track & Field, and USATF is effective immediately, so please JOIN NOW!

Nominal registration fee of $175 to cover cost of full track uniforms, competition entry fees, with $25 due at registration and balance due January 20th, 2025.

The program will be run by our Track Coordinator Shawn Austin, and our Lead Track Coach will be Kaleb Austin, former track athlete at Lake Erie College. Participants will have exposure to interact with collegiate and high school coaching staff(s) as well as current high school and middle school student athletes.

First day of Practice:  Monday, January 6, 2025.

Practice days:  Mondays, and Wednesdays.

Sunday’s Practice Time:  TBD

Monday’s Practice Time:  5:45 PM – 7:45 PM.

Wednesday’s Practice Time:  5:45 PM – 7:45 PM.

Practice Locations:

John Marshall High School, and Old School Iron Gym.

Parents/Guardians are welcome to stay to watch practices. We strongly encourage parents of younger children to stay during practices. If you have a strong interest or passion to coach, mentor, and effectively develop youth as a volunteer track coach, please contact coach Shawn Austin Sr., at impactyouth.inc@gmail.com.
